As a donor, you can choose the method that works best for you. No matter how much or how often, your donation makes a real difference to the Petite-Patrie - Villeray local service network community. (Jean-Talon Hospital, our Petite-Patrie and Villeray CLSCs, as well as our Auclair, Paul-Gouin and Petite-Patrie residential and long-term care centers).

Your donations will be used, among other things, to finance various programs including massage therapy for palliative care patients, access to outpatient clinical physical activity in psychiatry, also for the acquisition of specialized and ultraspecialized medical equipment and the improvement of care, and the development of the Hospital.

You can support the HJT Foundation by making an online donation, in a simple and secure way, by credit card or bank transfer.
You will automatically receive an official receipt by email for any donation of $ 20 or more.

Donation In Memoriam
This type of gift is to pay tribute to a loved one.

Among other things, it can be made in memory of a loved one who has left you, to celebrate the life of an exceptional person or to express your sympathies to others.

The donation in memory is an eloquent gesture that allows you to honor a loved one while contributing to the improvement of health care and services offered in our RLS.

We will send a letter to the family informing them of your donation, without mentioning the amount, and include your message of sympathy.

Donation CHSLD
By making your donation to one of our CHSLDs, you help improve the quality of life of residents by offering them, among other things, pet therapy and music therapy which are used for therapeutic purposes for our seniors.
